General Terms and Conditions and User Rights Agreement

Continued use of the platform after changes to the Terms and Conditions constitutes implicit acceptance of the new clauses. Membership conditions

To use this platform, it is strictly mandatory that the user is a natural person with the legal capacity to enter into contracts and who has reached the age of 18. Use by minors is prohibited and constitutes a serious violation. We reserve the right to request official identification at any time to verify the accuracy of the information.

Responsibility for account data

The user is solely responsible for keeping their username and password confidential. Any activity performed from the account is legally attributed to the registered holder. The user agrees to immediately notify the support team of any suspicion of unauthorized access or technical breaches.

The user agrees to use the platform in an ethical and legal manner. It is strictly forbidden to:

• Use automated software, algorithms or bots to manipulate the operation of the site.
• Attempt to breach the security of the infrastructure or perform malicious code injections.
• Carry out activities related to money laundering or any form of financial fraud.
• Use the platform to harass or defame other users or staff.
• Exploit technical errors (bugs) for unlawful advantage; any error must be reported immediately.

All transactions are subject to verification processes and compliance with security regulations. We may charge administrative fees if specified by the chosen payment method. We reserve the right to withhold funds in case of well-founded suspicions of fraudulent activities or violations of these terms until an investigation is completed.

Acknowledgement of financial risk

The user acknowledges that the use of digital entertainment services entails an inherent risk of financial loss. The operator does not guarantee favorable results or profits. Chance is the fundamental component of the platform, and the user participates at their own responsibility and risk.

Technical Availability

While we strive for continuous operation, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or completely free of technical errors. We are not responsible for losses resulting from user internet connection failures or interruptions for scheduled maintenance.

We may immediately suspend or close your account in case of proven violations of these terms, misuse, or at the request of competent authorities in the Netherlands. The user may also request closure of their account at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute regarding the use of the platform will be submitted to the competent courts in Amsterdam, with parties waiving any other forum.
