You can set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount of money you deposit into your account. These limits are an effective tool for managing your personal budget. Requests to lower a limit are processed immediately, while requests to increase a limit are subject to a technical cooling-off period to prevent hasty decisions.
Time and Session Limits
This tool allows you to set a reminder or automatic session termination after a certain period. This helps you stay aware of the time elapsed and take breaks to maintain objectivity while navigating the platform.
Temporary Breaks and Time-outs
If you need a short break, you can activate the "time-out" option, which suspends access to your account for a period of 24 hours to six weeks. During this interval, the account is inactive, and we stop sending informative communications to respect your resting period.
Self-Exclusion and Account Closure
For situations where a long-term or definitive interruption is required, we offer the option of self-exclusion. Once activated, you will not be able to access your account for the chosen period (minimum six months). This process is irreversible until the period has elapsed, and technical measures are taken to prevent the same person from gaining access again through other profiles.
